MEET NATASHA
HELLO!
I’m Natasha (she/her) and I am so glad you’ve found your way here. Let me share a little bit about myself.
My journey to birthwork began before I was born, with my mother choosing an unmedicated birth. When I became pregnant for the first time, I was confident I could do the same. Alongside my husband, my mom and mother-in-law supported me during my labor. Postpartum, my mother-in-law dropped off many pre-made and frozen meals and my mom stayed with us for a week when my husband went back to work. I am so grateful for the support I received. It didn’t take me long to realize that not everyone is so fortunate. My birth and postpartum experience catapulted my casual interest in birthwork into full-blown passion.
Outside of birthwork, you can find me out in nature, devouring a book, or cooking - activities I love sharing with my son. My husband and I are frequent movie theater patrons and we make a kickass trivia team. I’m a crunchy, kombucha-loving, barefoot-in-the-grass kind of gal, and I absolutely LIVE for comfort food.
There is so much more I could share about myself, but right now I’ll just say this - I am exactly where I need to be - and so are you.
I look forward to meeting you!

Physiology. I believe that birth works when given the space to unfold peacefully. If interventions become needed or desired, I will support you in ways that continue to honor the physiologic process.Community. True support means fostering relationships beyond our contract. I will gladly connect you with other parents in the thick of it or professionals to aide your healing journey.
Honesty. Being honest with ourselves is often challenging. But honesty breeds authenticity and accountability. I will support you in identifying your own birth values and fostering strong communication skills to help you navigate your birth and postpartum experiences.

Through our time together, I hope to foster your confidence - and your partner’s - so that you can think critically about your choices throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond. It is my hope that you feel like you are the one in the driver’s seat. This is your body, your baby, and your birth - no one else’s.
It is not my place to change your birth preferences. That being said, I value honesty. If I see that your birth values don’t align with the provider and birth place you’ve chosen, I will invite a conversation about that. I will encourage you to consult your intuition and will provide evidence-based research if you want more information before making a decision.
The childbearing continuum - pregnancy, birth, and postpartum - is a rite of passage, no matter how it unfolds or what the outcome is. I strive to honor that journey and transformation. When you reflect on your experience in the weeks and years that follow, I hope you smile fondly.
